This newly renovated villa is an oasis of peace amidst the typical Mediterranean vegetation of the Conero Natural Park.
The breathtaking vista, with views of the sea, together with the elegance of the dwelling space, the design of which was overseen by well-known architect Alan Cleaver – a fashion designer for Byblos in the heyday of Italian fashion – make it truly unique.
The bright rooms, refined furnishings and attention to detail make it a much sought-after vacation spot in summer, also thanks to the spacious garden and the large terrace, as well as in winter, when you can enjoy the view of the stormy sea or the noise of the woods while basking in the glow of a fire lit in one of the two fireplaces.
The house is laid out on three floors with two entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It suitable for accommodating two or more families since the two completely separate and independent night areas on the floors above and below the common living area on the middle floor provide the privacy of single apartments.
In addition, guests have access to the cellar, which contains a laundry room.
The layout of the house and the fact there are stairs both inside and outside the villa make it unsuitable for people who use a wheelchair or have ambulation problems.
Smoking and pets are not allowed at Villa Sole.
